Highpower is definitely where the Shock Rifle spawns the most, appearing in all four game modes in two locations each. While players can also find power weapons in Fragmentation's loot caves, it is not a definitive location for the weapon, though it might turn the tide in a game mode where it doesn't spawn naturally. It can be found right at the start of the match in both Canyon Base and Cliff Base, sitting along one of the uppermost walls just before each base's respective man-cannon.
